The packet provides the seller a full disclosure of all expenses, commissions, and profit from the auction and the most important thing - the check!.

Contents of the Auction Settlement Packet:

• Listing of items sold, sale order, and settlement summary.
• Inventory listing (when applicable)
• Copy of the signed contract
• Auction balance sheet showing all income and expenses related to the auction and  the Adjusted Auction Proceeds
• Copies of Invoices for advertisements and applicable copies of ads, if available
• Invoices for rentals/workforce if applicable
• Copies of Bill of Sales for vehicles and titles if applicable
• Middleton Auction Company will work hard to settle our sales and get you paid as quickly as possible
